Use of the directory
Web3ToolLaunch is a directory of Web3, crypto, DeFi and AI tools. You may browse, search and use the site for personal or commercial discovery. You may not scrape the site at scale, use it for spam, or attempt to bypass access controls. We reserve the right to block abuse and to change or discontinue features.
Submitting a tool
When you submit a tool you must provide accurate information and have the right to list the project. You must not list illegal content, scams, adult or gambling projects, or anything that violates applicable law or our policies. We may reject or remove listings at our discretion. Listing fees are non-refundable once the tool is approved and published.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to pay the chosen listing fee and to provide correct payment details. Prices and tiers are as shown at the time of checkout. Refunds are handled according to our policy; generally we do not refund after a listing has gone live unless required by law.
Your content
You grant us a license to display your listing (name, description, URLs, logo and other submitted data) on Web3ToolLaunch and in related promotion. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe anyone else's rights. We are not liable for content you or other users submit.
Disclaimer
The directory is provided as is. We do not endorse or guarantee any listed tool. We are not responsible for third party sites, services or conduct. Use listed tools at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any listed product.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site and contact us if you need to remove your listing.
